Daily Bread program is a nutrition program serving seniors at 13 different sites/cities across Sangamon and Menard counties.

Home Delivered Meals: Monday through Friday, Daily Bread delivers hot, nutritious, general diet, mid-day meals to home bound seniors throughout most of Sangamon and Menard counties.

Congregate Locations: Daily Bread has 4 Menard County sites in Petersburg, Athens, Greenview and Tallula. Petersburg, Athens and Greenview sites are open Monday-Friday for lunch. The Tallula site is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please see below for further information regarding eligibility, cost, and reservations.

Who's Eligible? Seniors 60 and over, without dietary restrictions.

What's the Cost? For Seniors 60 and over, a suggested donation of $3.00 per meal is very much appreciated. For guests under 60, lunch is $5.75.
